Daisy G Belcher was born in Schofield, Utah on February 24, 1908. She married Warren Belcher on Dec 17th 1927 in the Salt Lake City Temple. Together, Daisy and Warren had 7 kids but, Warren always told people they wanted 11 and that is how the restaurant received its name. Daisy loved working at the restaurant where she was the cashier and hostess. Daisy loved to visit with the customers and the locals as they came in for a bite to eat. She was well known throughout the community and was commonly referred to as Mrs. B. Warren and Daisy had five girls: Adoree, Bonnie, Patsy, Lana, and Dixie. When Daisy got pregnant with the sixth child she was shocked after having five girls to have one more, Connie, who now owns the restaurant to this day. But two minutes later, they wheeled Daisy back into the delivery room where Curg, the only boy, was born. Connie and Curg were the first twins to be born in Vernal. Daisy was a Relief Society teacher for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a Mission on the Uintah Ouray Ute Indian Reservation with Warren. Daisy passed away in April 1972.
